#1 I love Fred Shanner and his excellent customer service. He either answers his phone or calls me back immediately. He’s solved every issue that I have had quickly and to my satisfaction. He’s very personal, asking about my mom and family quite often. I love the fact that Staley Insurance hasn’t raise my prices, but minimal over the years. I have all my vehicles, 3 homes, businesses and workman comp through you guys. I have no intentions or need to shop around. You guys have the best pricing and customer service around!!! Thanks!!!
