Penny was absolutely incredible and kind to work with! We had Nationwide who increased our homeowners insurance over $1,000 a year. Penny saved us $1,200 a year by switching! She was very knowledgeable and helped us change home and auto insurance and ensured we understood the policies. Will be recommending Staley Insurance and Penny Knapp to everyone!
