“Forget Jake from state farm– Call Penny from Staley Insurance.
After finding out that my now-previous insurance provider (of over 10 years) was completely useless, incompetent and took literal days to call me back every time; I started searching for a local agent that I could at least get to answer the phone.
Everyone I spoke with at Staley answered the phone within a few rings and were pleasant to deal with.
I had so many questions, most of which I actually felt kinda dumb asking, but they were questions I never asked at my previous insurance because either I had to call a 1-800 number or were just not given proper clarification.
I sat with Penny twice this week and went over different plans, rates, coverages, and spent over an hour discussing and asking questions. I never felt rushed, pressured or felt like I was asking dumb questions.
This is not the type of service you get from going through an insurance website to buy insurance.
